North Carolina Real Estate Broker

"Your home, your haven a place to rest, recharge and create lasting memories."

About Donna Strater

I am blessed with two amazing children, a loving husband and one very loveable St. Bernard named Cooper. My family loves living here in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina. We enjoy camping, boating and hiking all year round.

I have always been passionate about all things home….hence my career as a licensed real estate broker. As a certified life and health coach, I also understand the importance of living a healthy lifestyle. How and where we live has a deep impact on our overall wellbeing. Our home should bring us comfort and joy. It should be our safe space to retreat, recharge and make great memories.

Is your home your haven? If not, it's never too late to make changes. That doesn't always involve moving! I can help you manage little changes that get you where you need to be, whether that involves selling, buying, building your dream home or staying put!

I have real-world experience spanning over 25 years of renovating, decorating and decluttering homes for clients from NJ to FL. When selling, buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. I can make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar. Things, like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls, can be the difference between a home stuck on the market and one that's sold fast.

Whether you are buying, selling, looking for full-service staging services or interested in building a new home, I am happy to help you meet your goals. I know what it takes to sell a home. I love the challenge of finding that perfect fit for my buyers in addition to the challenges of building a new home from scratch. I also love helping those that decide to stay put and create change where they are!

I promise to work diligently and with the utmost integrity on your behalf.

It all starts with a conversation and I would love to help you in any way that I can.
